We had a great turnout at Saturday’s nursery event, with over 65 volunteers joining us from IKPAVC, UCI American Red Cross, NCL Monarch Chapter, NCL Vista Irvine Chapter, Stanbridge University, Woodbridge High School, Pegasus Middle School, Segerstrom High School, and others! Volunteers helped with hand weeding, propagating Butterfly bushes, upsizing trees to 5-gallon containers, assembling new hose reels, propagating 100 Coast live oak acorn trees, and relocating 300 newly propagated plants onto the tables.
Shadetree and IKPAVC also recognized Team Leader Yoon Huh with a Certificate of Achievement for his leadership of IKPAVC volunteers at Shadetree Nursery for the months of December 2025 and January 2026.
