We had an extremely productive day with 98 volunteers from Serrano Junior Optimists, Alpha Pi Omega, Cerro Villa Middle School’s Honor Society, UCI’s American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists, National Charity League, UCI’s Anteaters Habitat for Humanity, Adopt-a-row IKPA group, and individuals. Tasks performed included upsizing 786 seedlings into one gallon containers, created 90 cuttings and placed them into one gallon containers, started 640 containers with seeds; move stock within the nursery, takes and weeded stock.
