Volunteers from the Irvine Korean Parents Association & Volunteer Committee and the National Charity League (Irvine and Vista Irvine Chapters) joined us for Saturday’s nursery event. Tasks included propagating over 4,300 grass seeds in 2” liners and moving them to the newly restored greenhouse, preparing another 2,000 liners for future propagation, installing new weed fabric at tree row 5, propagating Flapjack succulents, installing bamboo stakes for Desert Willow trees, raking leaf debris at tree rows, and hand weeding at the tables and tree rows.
