Volunteers from the Irvine Korean Parents Association & Volunteer Committee, Girl Scouts of Orange County Troop 8628, Troop 2445, Troop 3650, and student volunteers from Corona Del Mar High School, TVT High School, Irvine High School’s SOL Club, and Stanbridge University joined us for Saturday’s nursery event. Tasks included installing new weed fabric and weed fabric patches throughout nursery, upsizing 5-gallon plants to 15-gallon containers, propagating over 500 succulents in 1-gallon containers, hand weeding tree rows and containers, raking leaf debris and organizing containers throughout the nursery.
