Volunteers from IKPAVC, UCI Project Rishi, UCI Phi Alpha Delta, NCL and others joined us for last Saturday’s nursery event. Tasks included adding bamboo stakes to new trees, some light house keeping in one of the sheds, adding soil and fertilizer to trees, cutting back vegetation growing through the perimeter fence line, hand weeding at the tables, and stapling down loose sections of weed fabric throughout the nursery.
