Shadetree Partnership

We had another terrific day at the nursery with 48 volunteers attending from the Irvine Korean Parents Association & Volunteer Committee, UCI Sustainability Resource Center, and student volunteers from Woodbridge, Corona Del Mar, and Servite High Schools, among other individuals. Tasks included assembling and placing a new wood frame and gravel for the outdoor garden shed, placing new propagation tables that were assembled last week, planting new grasses grown from seeds in the greenhouse, relocating plants from the greenhouses into the growing area, weeding and pruning shrubs and trees, and reorganizing / removing liners and containers.
