Volunteers from the Irvine Korean Parents Association and Volunteer Committee (IKPAVC) joined us for Saturday’s nursery event, and helped with propagating Red yucca and Aeonium Mardi Gras plants. Volunteers also hand weeded, raked leaf debris behind the sheds, and removed 3,000 two-inch liners from the greenhouse and fertilized them.
Shadetree also recognized Ellen An for her service as IKPAVC Lead Volunteer for the months of August and September. During the role as IKPAVC Lead, Ellen successfully organized volunteers and lead the group with nursery tasks every week.
