It was another great Saturday! Volunteers from the Irvine Korean Parent’s Association & Volunteer Committee (IKPAVC), UCI’s Pre-Dental Society, and Irvine High School’s SOL Club were among the attendees. Tasks included raising fallen trees around the nursery, adding mulch cover to newly propagated Coast Live Oak tree acorns, installing weed fabric, hand weeding plants at the tables, upsizing 1-gallon native plants to 5-gallon containers, pruning 400 Calandrinia plants, painting the kiosk, and organizing around the nursery.
