We had another successful nursery event on Saturday, June 1st, with volunteers joining us from the Irvine Korean Parents Association & Volunteer Committee (IKPAVC), UCI Sustainability Resource Center, UCI Department of Earth System Science, Stanbridge University, and Pegasus High School. Tasks included propogating acorns, planting newly propogated trees, upsizing plants from liners to 1-gallon containers, organizing, hand-weeding, and pruning. A big “thank you” to all of our volunteers who help keep the nursery in good working order!
